Rekisterin tietojen käyttötarkoitus
Rekisterin tietojen käyttötarkoitus on Sora Consulting Oy:n palvelujen (konsultointi, koulutus ja puhujapalvelut) käytännön järjestäminen, laskutus tiedottaminen ja markkinointi sekä asiakassuhteiden ylläpito.
Rekisterin tietosisältö
Rekisteri sisältää yhtiön palveluja varten kerätyt tiedot: etu- ja sukunimen, puhelinnumeron, sähköpostiosoitteen ja koulutusten sekä tapahtumien osalta muut käytännön järjestelyjä varten tarvittavat tiedot, kuten ruokavaliotiedot sekä laskutusta varten tarvittavatiedot: postisotteen, ilmoittautumis- ja laskutushistorian.
Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Rekisterin henkilötiedot ovat nettisivustokävioiden itse ilmoittautumislomakkeiden kautta itse lisäämiä tietoa tai asiakkaan kanssa asioinnin seurauksena (esim. puhelimitse ja sähköpostitse) kerääntyneitä tietoja. Koulutusten yhteydessä tiedot tallennetaan koulutuksen yhteydessä kulloinkin käytettävään järjestelmään.
Tietojen luovutukset
Rekisterin tietoja luovutetaan kolmannelle osapuolelle, mikäli tapahtuma, johon asiakas osallistuu, sisältää ulkopuolisen järjestelmän, kuten LinkedInin tai Lyytin käyttöä. Tietoja käytetään käytännön järjestämisen. Luovutettavia tietoja on mahdollisimman vähän, kuten etunimi, sukunimi ja LinkedIn-profiiliosoite. Kun tiedot on luovutettu palveluntarjoajalle, he vastaavat tietojen säädösten mukaisesta säilyttämisestä, käyttämisestä ja tuhoamisesta.
Tietojen säilyttäminen
Laskutustietojen osana olevat nimi- ja yhteystiedot säilytetään kirjanpitolain mukaisesti laskutusohjelmassa (Holvi), joka vasta henkitietojen säädösten mukaisesta säilyttämisestä. Muut tapahtumia varten kerätyt tiedot anonymisoidaan viipymättä tapahtuman järjestämisen jälkeen, kuitenkin viimeistään 60 vuorokauden kuluttua tapahtuman päättymisen jälkeen. Nimi- ja sähköpostiosoitetieto säilytetään markkinointia varten, mikäli asiakas on antanut siihen luvan nettisivulla tapahtuvan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä tai kirjallisesti esimerkiksi tapahtuman aikana. Nimi- ja sähköpostitietoa markkinointia varten säilytetään, kunnes asiakas poistaa ne kokonaan rekisteristä sähköisesti lähetetyn kirjeen kautta tai pyytää tietojensa poistamista sähköpostitse.
Rekisterin suojaus
Rekisteriin tallennetut tiedot on säädetty salassa pidettäviksi, ei niihin ole pääsyä kolmansilla osapuolilla. Rekisteri säilytetään salasanasuojauksen takana. Vain rekisterinpitäjällä on pääsy salasanaan.
Tarkastusoikeus
Rekisterin henkilöt voivat halutessaan tarkastaa tietojaan tai poistaa ne kokonaan rekisteristä sähköisesti lähetetyn kirjeen linkin kautta tai pyytää tietojensa poistamista sähköpostitse.

Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the information in the register is to facilitate the efficient management of Sora Consulting Oy’s services, which encompass consulting, training, and speaker services. Additionally, the register assists with invoicing, providing information and marketing materials to customers, and maintaining customer relations.
Data content of the register
The register contains information collected for the company’s services: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and, for training courses and events, other information necessary for practical arrangements, such as dietary information, and information necessary for billing: postal receipt, registration and billing history.
Regular sources of data
The personal data in the register are data added by the website visitors themselves through registration forms or collected as a result of interactions with the customer (e.g. by phone and email). In the case of training courses, the data are stored in the system used for the training course.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
The data in the register will be disclosed to a third party if the event in which the customer participates involves the use of an external system, such as LinkedIn or Lyyti. The data will be used for the practical organisation of the event. The information to be disclosed will be as limited as possible, such as first name, last name and LinkedIn profile address.
Once the data is disclosed to the service provider, they are responsible for storing, using and destroying the data in accordance with the regulations.
Data protection
The information stored in the register is confidential and cannot be accessed by third parties. The register is kept behind password protection. Only the controller has access to the password.
Data storage
In accordance with the accounting legislation, the name and contact details that are part of the billing data are stored in the billing software (Holvi), which is responsible for storing the personal data in accordance with the regulations. Other data collected for events will be anonymised immediately after the event, but no later than 60 days after the end of the event. Name and e-mail address data will be kept for marketing purposes, provided that the customer has given his/her consent when registering on the website or in writing, for example during the event. Name and e-mail data will be kept for marketing purposes until the customer completely removes them from the register by means of an electronic letter or requests their removal by e-mail.
Your rights
If they wish, the persons in the register can check their data or delete them completely from the register via a link in an electronic letter or request the deletion of their data by e-mail.
