Implementing OKR’s now published in English
The translation of the book “Strategia arkeen OKR-mallilla” is complete, ending the long wait. The book is now available on Amazon in English.
Implementing OKR’s now in three languages
For Finns, the book is interesting because it is a translation. It allows teams working in a multilingual environment to familiarise themselves in Finnish or English, with a common vocabulary in both languages. Although English is the business language of many companies, Finnish has its place. That was one of the original reasons why Juuso and I set out to write the book in Finnish first. Now both languages are available.
A good addition to the whole is the adaptation of the books into French, done with Elie Casamtijana. Elie translated the material into French and brought in local companies such as Peugeot and Société Générale.
