What does it mean to implement a strategy using the OKR model?

The process starts with an overview of the situation in the organization. Together with your organization’s own employees, we can establish objectives and key results that make the strategy concrete and tangible for the whole organization. In addition to the objectives and key results, together we will identify the methods needed to ensure that the objectives and key results guide the implementation of the strategy throughout the organization.
