The workshop, led by our OKR consultant, consists of a preparatory workshop, a half-day workshop and a compilation of findings for further evaluation.

In a half-day workshop, the management team will get an overview of the basic features of the OKR model and what the key issues are in applying the model to the current situation of the organization in question.
