The long process is over: the translation of the book “Strategy for everyday life with the OKR model” is ready. The book is now available in english on Amazon.
OKR for everyday life in three languages
For Finns, the book is interesting because it is a translation. It allows teams working in a multilingual environment to familiarize themselves in finnish or english, with a common vocabulary in both languages. Although english is the business language of many companies, finnish has it´s place. That was one of the original reasons why Juuso and I set out to write the book in finnish first. Now the book is available in both languages.
A good addition to the overall package is the adaptation of the books into french, done with Elie Casamitjana. Elie translated the material into French and brought in local companies such as Peugeot and Société Générale.
The process in my mind has already started. What would be the next book topic?
